Business challenges rarely fit into a neat little box. Each team brings its own expertise, but hidden business issues can emerge when decisions cut across functions. Looking at challenges holistically reveals connections, gaps, and implications that may not be visible from any one perspective.
MindGlow serves as a strategic thought partner, bringing these perspectives together to surface broader business implications and help determine the best path forward. Our method combines the rigor of legal analysis with the foresight of corporate strategy.
We help executives and business leaders identify the issues, organize the complexity, and analyze decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
A different approach to strategic thinking.

MindGlow was founded by Kiah Dixon, a strategy and operations professional with experience advancing cross-functional initiatives, solving organizational challenges, and supporting executive decision-making in highly regulated environments. She brings a multidisciplinary background in law and business, with a demonstrated ability to translate ambiguity into actionable recommendations and scalable processes.
After graduating from Vanderbilt University, Kiah began her career working across court operations, building a robust legal foundation over nearly a decade before attending Georgetown University Law Center. After earning her J.D., she joined the corporate practice group of a global law firm, where she advised Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries on securities, corporate governance, regulatory matters, and complex business transactions.
Kiah later shifted from legal practice to business strategy and operations. Her legal training brings a distinct lens to business operations through sophisticated issue spotting, structured analysis, and an understanding of how decisions and requirements translate into practical business implications. Today, she works for one of the nation’s leading health insurance organizations, focusing on regulatory and policy analysis, business operations, and cross-functional integration within the Medicaid line of business.
Working across industries and functions gave Kiah a distinct strategic advantage. She learned to see beyond individual areas of expertise and recognize how issues connect across a business. MindGlow is Kiah’s solution to a gap she repeatedly observed in business decision-making, where complex challenges are often examined in pieces rather than as a whole.
